Amy and Brian’s Normandy Farm winter wedding was absolutely stunning. They were married the day before Thanksgiving and it was a wonderful celebration surrounded by all their close friends and family – so much to be thankful for! I am obsessed with the bridesmaids rose gold dresses, white fur coats, and winter florals! Here are a few of my favorites from their day!
I love most the way he makes me feel. I literally will have no makeup on and feel awful and he says “there’s my pretty girl” He tells me I’m beautiful and pretty all the time. I have never felt more loved and secure in my life. I love that he has the best humor and is hilarious. I love that he loves animals and has such a sweet and nurturing side. I love that his morals are higher than anyone I have ever met and that he’s an amazing human being. I love that he doesn’t cut corners and does right from wrong. I love the way can can say he’s sorry and never hold a grudge and forget in 5 mins if we ever got in an argument. I love how smart he is. There are just so many things that I couldn’t pick just one.
I love Amy’s laugh the most! She is the funniest person I know. It’s unbelievable – her laugh literally can change moods by hearing it. Her personality is incredibly unique; she is the life of the party, makes every one feel included in large groups, a home body at heart who wants to watch all the good movies, extremely caring and sensitive, just a great person. I tell her I am a very lucky man to have her in my life! I fully believe someone was looking out for us up ‘wherever’ and crossed our paths.
I am most looking forward to our first look. Seeing our faces when we see each other for the first time.
My flowers are going to be white, ivory, and greens to have a garden feel. My bridesmaids are wearing rose gold sequin dresses and Brian is going to wear a blue suit. I want the wedding to be romantically rustic. I envision tons of laughing and hugging and having the most fun ever surrounded by the people we love.
We choose the ceremony because I grew up Jewish and he grew up Catholic and we are both not religious so we decided to have a short ceremony where we are getting married. I picked this because I wanted a rustic feel.
