Fall has arrived in Philadelphia!  I’m so excited to share this beautiful engagement session today with Sabra and George.  I enjoyed wandering around the Art Museum steps with them and then making a stop on one of my favorite Philly streets – Addison Street!  These two currently live in NYC, but maybe one day you may just find them living on Addison St :)  Here are some of my favorites along with their sweet story!

How did you first meet?

We met when we were both counselors at an overnight camp on Cape Cod. Sabra went there as a camper and went back as a counselor and George came over from London as a counselor. We both worked at the waterfront – Sabra taught swimming and George taught kayaking. We were friends for the first summer and kept in touch over the year and started dating the next summer!

What was your first date?

Since we were at camp dating was a bit unusual! We took our days off together and had nights off with our friends. We loved going to the beach and getting ice cream on the cape!

How did he propose?

George proposed in San Francisco on a cliff top walk. We could see the golden gate bridge and the beach. He proposed with a beautiful ring and surprised Sabra with Rose gummys, a bridal moleskine book (George’s favorite notebook) and best of all Hamilton tickets! We went to dinner in San Francisco after the show. It was a great day!

What are your favorite things to do together?

Go for a run together in Central Park, Travel, Try new restaurants/new foods, cook, walk and explore new neighborhoods in New York.
